At Sabka Swad, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We take the utmost care in preparing, packing, and delivering our products. However, we understand that issues come up at times. This Refunds and Returns Policy explain the terms under which you can seek a return, replacement, or refund.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We entertain return requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or spoiled product.
  • The product received is incorrect or does not match your order.
  • The packaging has been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.

Note:

  • We do not accept returns for food products, as they are perishable in nature, once opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted.
  1. Return Request Window
  • You must make a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests filed after this time period are not eligible for return/refund.
  1. Return Process

(i) Contact our customer support at contact@sabkaswad.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

(ii) Then it is up to our support team to verify the claim and approve or reject the request.

      (iii) If approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup or ask you to send the item to our address.

  1. Refund Processing

We shall inform you about your refund approval once we have received and examined the returned product. Refunds approved will be processed within 5-7 business days into the original form of payment. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable except when returned due to ours mistake.

  1. Replacements

In case of a product being in stock, a replacement is available for eligible returns and returns are not mandatory.

  1. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

These items are considered non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or partially eaten food items.
  • Goods without original packaging or seals.
  • An item damaged after delivery due to handling from the customer’s end.
  • Orders with ‘Cash on Delivery’ that are rejected at the point of delivery.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • An order can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • One the order is shipped; it cannot be cancelled.
